Reschedule if there is no receptionist! I think I would've had better service had my masseuse not had to work as the receptionist/host as well. It was the most unrelaxing experience ever, honestly.

Masseuse left me to get undressed in a dark room. I laid my clean white socks, neatly, on a table beside my water. I found my socks on the floor after massage. She left me alone, in the middle of my massage & did not inform me she was stepping away. My massage was 35 minutes because of this. (She apologized for stepping away for so long. Yes, I waited like a fool but will never do that again! I was left for about 15 minutes alone, with no service. I thought maybe she stepped away to get supplies.)

At checkout, she informed me that the receptionist called out so she had to work the front as well. No apology for being cheated on service & my time. Just awful not to inform me before my service so that I could've rescheduled. Truly saddened that I did not have great service!

UPDATE: The owner did reach out & was apologetic as well as understanding. She did make the situation right & I am truly thankful because it is a nice spa & the employees are very sweet. I will definitely schedule an appointment soon :) Thank you so much Jessica....more
