Reschedule if there is no receptionist! I think I would've had better service had my masseuse not had to work as the receptionist/host as well. It was the most unrelaxing experience ever, honestly.

Masseuse left me to get undressed in a dark room. I laid my clean white socks, neatly, on a table beside my water. I found my socks on the floor after massage. She left me alone, in the middle of my massage & did not inform me she was stepping away. My massage was 35 minutes because of this. (She apologized for stepping away for so long. Yes, I waited like a fool but will never do that again! I was left for about 15 minutes alone, with no service. I thought maybe she stepped away to get supplies.)

At checkout, she informed me that the receptionist called out so she had to work the front as well. No apology for being cheated on service & my time. Just awful not to inform me before my service so that I could've rescheduled. Truly saddened that I did not have great service!

UPDATE: The owner did reach out & was apologetic as well as understanding. She did make the situation right & I am truly thankful because it is a nice spa & the employees are very sweet. I will definitely schedule an appointment soon :) Thank you so much Jessica....more

This place is beyond impressive. It is impeccable. The owner and staff immediately catered to me. They offered me water. And I was so impressed with the napkins with the insignia of the company logo I had to take a picture of it. The office smelt good it was clean the ambience was tranquil and made you not want to leave. I went in for a consultation. However, I was advised to take my shoes off and placed under a warm blanket. I felt it necessary to confirm that I was just there for a consultation whereby the owner replied she knew. NEVER had I had a consultation where I was treated as though I was paying for an actual visit. This company definitely knows what it means to give exemplary customer service. My experience with Hollywood Skin Atlanta was definitely 5 stars & beyond! The atmosphere was clean, pleasant, peaceful & serine. The receptionist was very sweet, friendly and professional. Jessica was my estetician and is amazing! I received an hydrafacial and after my face felt so soft,, glowing & bright!

I also received a full body massage from Shikera ! She did a great job of making me feel relaxed & comfortable ! The essential oils she used smelled delightful & made me feel peaceful & at ease !

Hands down the best facial spa in Gwinnett county!! The spa is clean and has calm vibes. I have acne prone/larger pores so I went there for a hydra facial. My face is so smooth and still glowing over a week later. I can’t believe the difference from just one treatment. I keep getting compliments on my skin!!!
