Arrive clean with hair about a quarter inch long for effective removal. Avoid heavy lotions, oils, or recent sun exposure. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and inform your esthetician about medications, skin conditions, or recent skin treatments before waxing.

Some discomfort is normal since hair is removed from the root, but our estheticians use gentle techniques and professional wax formulated for the torso. We can offer numbing options, breaks, and calming breathing methods to improve comfort throughout the service.

Results usually last three to six weeks depending on individual hair cycles. With regular waxing, hair often grows back finer and sparser, which can extend the time between appointments and improve long-term outcomes.

Waxing can be safe, but sensitive or recently tanned skin needs extra care. We use gentle products and perform patch tests as necessary. Avoid waxing over sunburned or freshly tanned skin and consult your esthetician for guidance.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, strenuous exercise, and direct sun for 24–48 hours. Apply soothing products like aloe or recommended lotions, wear loose clothing, and delay exfoliation or harsh treatments for 48–72 hours to reduce irritation.

Waxing is generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, though sensitivity may increase. Inform your esthetician and your healthcare provider about pregnancy or any complications; we may adjust technique or recommend timing accordingly.
